“Kiss my ….” PAX told the flight attendants after they repeatedly
instructed him to stop using his cell phone on a flight from Austin to
Dallas last Monday.
PAX ignored the instruction to turn off his cell and remained on the
phone about 20 minutes.
In-flight cell phone use is prohibited by both FAA and FCC and
airlines can be fined up to $25,000 if they permit cell phone use during
